Product Information

The official German names given to the drums and carry frame are The Gurttrommel - Belt Drum and Gurttrommeltrager 34 - carry frame. The matching drums were made by "hqu" = Markes & Co., K.-G., Metallwarenfabrik u. Apparatebau, Luedenscheidin  in 1943, and the carrier is coded "wa" - Hugo Schneider AG, Abteilung Lampenfabrik, Leipzig, also date stamped  "43" (1943).

This excellent set would be ideal to display on or with an MG34 or MG42, and will also fit post war M53's.
