Deactivated Old Spec WWII Nazi Browning 1922 Pistol with matching numbers to slide, frame and barrel. This example is from one of the very last batches produced during Nazi occupation. The last batches used a letter prefix after the serial number a,b or c. This pistol dates to late 1943 - 1944 production. This pistol only bears the Eagle/N proof stamps and not a Waffen code which means this pistol was destine for commercial sale rather than military channels. Most commonly as a private purchase by a Nazi official, SS Officer or person of importance as there personal sidearm. It is reputed that this stamp was only applied to fewer than 1 out of 10 of these wartime pistols.  A very rarely seen pistol of which very few were produced. Deactivated to old specifications in 1993 with a clear barrel it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
