This is a completely original all matching numbers WWI dated Imperial German Luger. Dated 1918 it was manufactured by DWM - (Deutsche Waffen-und Munitionsfabriken). All parts are numbered to the pistol including the magazine. The factory bluing is original and even the strew bluing can be found to various smaller components. On the right side of the receiver are the correct Imperial German army acceptance stamps. The Luger still remains one of the most iconic German pistols and was one of the most popular war trophies among Allied troops. The vast majority of Luger's that survived the Great War were issued again during WWII.
